Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Model Enablement Software Engineer to join their team. As a Model Enablement Software Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development team supporting model lifecycle compliance and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Model Enablement Software Engineer
Location : Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Work
Pay Range : $52 - $57 per hour (W2 Only)
What's the Job?
Contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirement gathering, design, development, and testing.
Develop and maintain applications using Python, Spark, and Django.
Ensure model approval and compliance prior to use in collaboration with the Model Development and Governance team.
Utilize DevOps tools, Jenkins, and CI / CD practices to streamline development processes.
Engage in database development and data ETL processes in a big data environment.
What's Needed?
4-6 years of hands-on experience with Python and database development.
Proficiency in Power BI Report development and data querying.
Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes, and Docker containerization.
Strong understanding of API development and integration tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
