What’s the Job? Call Center Rep
Assisting customer with placing their orders
Providing the status of orders to customers
Answering inbound calls, answering questions concerning availability of BD products.
Communicating with customers via phone / email
Providing detail order information while reviewing customers orders and / or account
What’s Needed? Call Center / Customer Service Experience
Problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Basic Computer Navigation Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook, [Required]
High School / GED. Ability to pass assessment test with 75% or more to be consider.
