Our client in the logistics industry, is seeking a Sanitation Associate to join their team. As a Sanitation Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location : Plainfield, IN
Pay Range : $17.25
What's the Job?
2nd shift Mon - Fri - 2 : 45pm - 11 : 15pm
Remove all refuse from warehouse trash receptacles and place it into the proper outside dumpster or recycling area while adhering to company policies.
Remove any debris around the outside area of the facility and properly discard.
Ensure all sanitation equipment is in good working order to perform duties efficiently and in line with quality standards.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as required while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
What's Needed?
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and bending.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Willingness to participate in High Performance Work Teams.
Basic understanding of sanitation equipment and procedures.
