Role : Security Engineer
Location : Downtown Chicago IL (5 days a week onsite)
Term : 18 Month Contract
Pay Rate : $80hr W2 (Cannot work Corp to Corp)
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and operate dedicated OpenShift container platform for SSO applications, including PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
- Sr. Engineering level guidance, oversight, and direction on implementation and operational practices in the OpenShift environment
- Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight as you will be called on to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for resolving issues.
- Ability to work with other team members in an efficient and cooperative manner.
- Strong analytical skills / problem solving / conceptual thinking; out-of-the-box thinkers.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization as you will be viewed as a technology subject matter expert.
- Effective communication skills and motivation / willingness to learn.
- Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
- Adhere to team delivery / release process and cadence pertaining to solution deployment and release.
