What's the Job?
Design and implement end-to-end Quote to Cash (Q2C) solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & CPQ and ERP systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize pricing, quoting, and order management processes for both B2B and B2C models.
Lead CPQ configuration and customization efforts to support complex pricing and quoting needs.
Ensure smooth integration between CRM, CPQ, and ERP using MuleSoft or other ESB tools.
Manage EDI processing workflows with tools like Sterling B2B Integrator for seamless B2B transactions.
What's Needed?
Expertise in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes for B2B and B2C industries.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and its integration with CRM & CPQ.
Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft or any ESB.
Proficiency in Pricing, Quoting, and Order Management workflows.
