Location : Pennington, NJ
Pay Range : $65 - $70 per hour
What's the Job?
Support batch and business queries for Global Markets Risk.
Manage user query mailbox effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, and ITRS for updates and reporting.
Provide timely incident management and user notifications, including management escalations.
Document processes and manage knowledge effectively within the team.
What's Needed?
5 years of Production Support experience.
Strong SQL and UNIX / Linux knowledge.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
