Our client in Topeka, KS is seeking a Survey Interviewer to join their team!
Job Title : Data Collections Specialist / Survey Specialist
Location : Topeka, KS - onsite
Pay Rate : $17 / hr
Schedule : Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Weekend shift of either Saturday from 12 : 00 PM -5 : 30 PM or Sunday from 12 : 30 PM -8 : 00PM. Those hours listed bring an estimate of 29-31 hours a week, with the option to fill in more hours in the evening or the ability to work both weekend shifts.

Data collection for Surveillance System Survey.
Conduct the computer assisted telephone interviews using Win-CATI software by calling the telephone numbers from the survey samples provided by the CDC
Follow CDC survey protocol to collect health risk behaviors data;
Enter data in the Win-CATI system
Provide feedback regarding data collection process to the survey supervisors;
Maintain accurate records of all calls made
Maintain consistent attendance to assigned shifts
Communicating with supervisors regarding necessary absences due to illness, etc..
What’s Needed?
Use a computer for accurate data entry of audible responses from respondent; Use a telephone for conducting interviews, including accurate phone number dialing
Read aloud with a clear, articulate, and pleasant voice;
Understand and implement stringent survey protocols;
Ask survey questions related to health behavior in a professional manner
Maintain consistent attendance..
