Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, is seeking a Talent Advisor to join their team. As a Talent Advisor, you will be part of the North America Talent Acquisition team supporting a collaborative group of Talent Advisors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Talent Advisor
Location : Hoboken, NJ (fully onsite)
Pay Range : $30 - $36 / hr
What's the Job?
Manage full cycle recruitment for salaried roles within corporate and supply chain functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Support resume review, candidate sourcing, interview strategy, and offer development.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize Workday, HiredScore, and LinkedIn to identify and attract top talent.
What's Needed?
5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a mix of agency and corporate experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting recruitment for salaried roles in a mid-sized to large multi-national company.
Proficiency in using an ATS, preferably Workday; experience with AI tools is a plus.
A passion for recruitment and helping candidates find their dream opportunities.
