Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical BA / PM to join their team. As a Technical BA / PM, you will be part of the Post Trade horizontal Data Quality team supporting critical data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Capital Markets, problem-solving skills, clear and effective communication, and good teamwork ethics, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Technical BA / PM
Location : Jersey City, NJ - hybrid of 3 days per week onsite
What's the Job?
Analyze data issues and identify root causes to ensure high data quality.
Develop and implement data analytics solutions using Python.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Collaborate with team members to enhance data processes and workflows.
Utilize your understanding of trade data to support global markets initiatives.
What's Needed?
8 years of experience in Python development and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of data structures and data quality principles.
Experience in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Prior experience with the Quartz Platform is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
