Provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders to resolve complex product technical concerns.
Facilitate the use of workshop tools and provide onsite training for customer support personnel.
Work independently with general supervision to address difficult technical problems.
Influence others within the job area through clear explanations of facts, policies, and practices.
Apply practical knowledge gained through education and relevant work experience.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
