- 12-Hour Shifts Location: Hickory, NC
- Pay: $17/hr (Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM) | $18/hr (Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM)
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including some weekends

Duties
- Stack finished products onto pallets or designated areas according to company specifications.
- Ensure that all products are stacked securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Monitor the quality of stacked products, reporting any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the production line.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following safety guidelines and training provided.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stacking and organization of products.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the stacking process.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
