Our client, a leader in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient movement and storage of food products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Chillicothe, MO
Pay Range: $15.75/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Work in a refrigerated environment
- Manually load and unload freight, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise.
- Check or count freight for accuracy and report any damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- Ability to work in a refrigerator environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and early mornings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform manual tasks.
- Compliance with OSHA standards and safety practices.
