Are you a machine operator looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a skilled Machine Operator who has experience with CNC machines. As a crucial part of the fabrication department, you'll have the opportunity to operate cutting-edge equipment, collaborate with talented engineers and technicians, and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

What You'll Be Doing :

Mastering Machine Operations : Program and operate routing machines with precision. From loading materials to conducting meticulous inspections, you'll ensure products meet top-notch standards.
Troubleshooting Expertise : Collaborate with a team to tackle minor mechanical issues and keep operations running smoothly.
Championing Quality : Maintain our client’s commitment to excellence by adhering to ISO procedures and conducting thorough quality checks.
Team Mentorship : Share your expertise with newer team members, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
Flexibility : Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table :

Required Experience :

1 years as a CNC machine operator

HAAS CNC machinery experience

Saw operator experience

Technical Proficiency : Ability to read blueprints, use calipers and micrometers, and generate programs for control systems.

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Safety and Quality Focus : Commitment to following safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and producing high-quality work.

Note, must be able to do frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and engage in various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.

Team Spirit : A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Drive for Excellence : You're accountable, adaptable, and always striving to exceed production goals.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and write to comply with written instructions and complete departmental paperwork.

Minimum of one year of experience in machine operations, preferably with HAAS CNC machinery, or relevant experience.

Candidates must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, as our San Diego, CA facility is an ITAR-controlled site.
