Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Product Manager focused on phone compatibility for our innovative mobile applications. This Associate Product Manager will join our Clinical Product Management team, focused on patient-facing apps.
Where you come in
As an Associate Product Manager specializing in phone compatibility for our global markets, you will be focused on ensuring users worldwide can use our mobile apps to manage their diabetes. Your primary focus will be on managing the needs of Global markets as it pertains to phone compatibility, helping prepare for market entry, and ensuring that the testing cycle has consistent and up to date information. This person will also manage our medical app designations, as well as our demo apps and ad-hoc responsibilities as needed for our mobile apps. The candidate will be based in the United States.

You are an effective collaborator and communicator, able to convey complex ideas visually (through diagrams, presentation slides, and mockups), orally, and in writing, making sure all stakeholders are aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, marketing, regional market leads, and customer support, to understand market needs and set priorities for testing team.
Respond to issues identified by Technical Support, help determine response and actions, and communicate back to customer-facing support teams about solutions.
Analyze market trends and keep a close eye on new phone releases.
Maintain contact with the global expansion teams to understand market needs before launch, continuously updating and expanding our compatibility.
Maintain contact and communication with key stakeholders to keep them informed of challenges, wins, and progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
Salary : $50 - $60
