We are seeking a skilled and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team. This role will focus on employee relations, recruiting and talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and compliance with labor laws while also supporting leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations. The ideal candidate has experience with Paylocity for HR management (excluding payroll responsibilities) and is comfortable taking on additional HR-related projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Oversee leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Stay informed on and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Utilize Paylocity for HR management tasks (excluding payroll).
- Take on additional HR projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced or evolving work environment.
Salary : $35 - $40
