What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation position at Manpower San Diego?
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and strong Marketing leader to join our team as a Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation. In this critical role, you will lead the Marketing strategy and alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training and Organizational Evolution.
- Lead executive engagement and communication, including quarterly business review prep, marketing hits newsletter, and regular communication with key stakeholders; ensure a link between program results to overall Company-wide objectives.
- Push forward the operational excellence (procurement and vendor consolidation) to ensure best-in-class agency and vendor management.
- Lead OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools / Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding / program and beyond.
- Support the Marketing Organizational evolution to ensure the team is resourced for key priorities while creating growth & mobility.
Required Competencies
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8 years of Communications, Marketing, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience.
