Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair, and improvement of process line equipment.
- Preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears.
- Minor building HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Leading and training associates in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Tracking mechanical performance and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of technical maintenance experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Operating shop equipment such as cranes, hoists, and power tools.
- Passing welding tests in MIG and stick welding.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs and adjustments.
