Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support their technical team.

About the Role

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities, including cleaning and lubricating machinery components.
• Execute minor repairs to building HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.
• Lead and train colleagues in proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor mechanical performance and communicate effectively to implement solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of technical maintenance experience, preferably with automation/PLC controls.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Proficiency in operating shop equipment such as cranes, hoists, and power tools.
• Ability to pass welding tests in MIG and stick welding.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs and adjustments.
