Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage communications and relay messages promptly.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as needed for distribution to relevant parties.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents and records.
Assist in office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations within the office environment.
Requirements
Min. 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Prior experience in an educational setting or scientific facilty
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
