Manpower is currently hiring Call Center Representative for a company located in West Palm Beach.
As a Call Center, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating resolutions to their inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience. Hourly pay with opportunity to earn commissions on recovered amounts.
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers in navigating processes, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide empathetic and courteous customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent achievement of performance metrics.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and debt recovery strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Prior CSR experience required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and databases.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptable to changing situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
