HYBRID HR / Recruiting Coordinator - Brighton, CO
W2 Ongoing Contract
We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, CO. This role involves managing a high volume of candidates in an industrial setting, supporting various recruitment activities including screenings, application assistance, interview coordination, and assisting in the offer process.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Conduct quick screens and assist with online applications
- Sitting in on panel interviews and gathering feedback for next steps
- Troubleshoot application issues as needed
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with offer letters and electronic signatures
- Create new requisitions for different departments
- Finishing onboarding documentation, scheduling start dates
- Monitoring retention by doing exit interviews, candidate experience interviews, etc.
