Job Title : On-Site Recruiting Coordinator- W2 Contract

Contract Duration : 3-6 months

About Our Client : We are seeking an On-Site Recruiting Coordinator to support our client, a global leader in the insurance industry. Our client offers a wide range of property casualty insurance, life insurance, retirement solutions, and other financial services through their General Insurance, Life & Retirement, and Investments business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage real-time updates to the applicant tracking system, candidate flow, Excel trackers, and process documentation.
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from marketing and candidate education to selection, interview rounds, offer decisions, and communication.
- Enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate preparations for onsite and virtual interview events.
- Oversee the execution and logistics for campus recruiting and summer programming events, including material preparation, catering, facilities management, and advertising for activities like interviews and networking events.
