We are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Sourcer to join our team and support 4-5 Recruiter in sourcing top talent for corporate roles across HR, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing in the Manufacturing Industry. This position focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, not full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing corporate recruiting, particularly in niche markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen candidates
- Support 4-5 recruiters by providing pre-screened candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen out unqualified candidates and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Use LinkedIn projects to manage and track candidate sourcing efforts.
