W2 Contract

Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid / near site occasional onsite visits to client location in Chicago)

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Recruiter to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who will initially focus on recruiting for niche financial roles and will have the opportunity to grow into a Talent Acquisition Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial recruiting, strategic sourcing, and grassroots recruiting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for niche financial roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the financial sector.
• Engage in grassroots recruiting efforts to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruiting support.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial recruiting.
