At ManpowerGroup, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for outside visitors, vendors, and job applicants, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience working in a professional office environment, who is comfortable handling general office services work such as sorting and delivering mail, loading paper and toner in copiers/printers, making copies, stocking office supplies, organizing common areas, and shipping FedEx/UPS.
- The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to perform routine and non-routine functions of all office equipment and systems, and possess excellent customer service and professional attitude and appearance.
- A High school Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of prior experience in a similar role are required for this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet outside visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls to appropriate parties from time to time
- May sign for incoming and outgoing packages
- May perform filing, typing, and other administrative duties as requested by clients
- Assist various departments with mass mailings
- May receive and route faxes
- May schedule conference room based on client requests and order catering as needed
