Purpose
The primary purpose of the Business Operations Enablement (BOE) Business Partner is to execute on prioritized projects and initiatives to enhance the Business Operations strategy.
Making an Impact
• Collaborate with Business Operations Directors on assigned and prioritized initiatives based on operational challenges, processes opportunities, and aligned brand/country/region requirements.
• Analyze and understand current business processes to identify areas for improvement and engage accountable teams accordingly.
• Contribute to process design with brand insight and cross team/function collaboration.
• Analyze operational information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, then engage others appropriately, and drive improvement.
• Facilitate change initiatives by providing guidance, communication, and support to employees and managers, using the ManpowerGroup Change Management Methodology, contributing or leading change.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for adoption or incremental skill development within the organization, coordinating relevant training programs and resources to enable productivity.
Sharing Expertise
• Collaborate across the Business Operations function to enable recruiter and business development activities related to Talent Operations, Client Operations, Invoice-to-Cash Operations, and related Service.
• Project/Initiative execution in partnership with Project Management team, fulfilling role as Change Makers, Enablers, and Adoption Drivers.
• Collaborate with other Business Operations team members, as well as other functions & sub-functions and the brands/country to execute strategic projects as assigned.
• Cross Brand/Country lens on project initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiencies are realized aligned with Business Operations operating model.
Gaining Exposure
• Provide guidance and support to departments in optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adoption.
• Identify and elevate trends and themes to Business Operations leadership for consideration.
• Assess operational risks and elevate to leadership to minimize potential impact on business operations.
Other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
• 7 years of proven experience in operations management, business consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and practices
• Experience with change management methodologies and practices.

If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District and historic downtown architecture ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week). If out of state (or greater than 50 miles from Milwaukee, WI) ManpowerGroup is proud to provide remote working options.
