Job Summary:
The Distribution Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of distribution pipeline systems. This role requires strong leadership and technical knowledge to manage field and office teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Pipeline Operations: Supervise employees in construction, maintenance, installation, field customer service, line locating, and pipeline system operations.
- Lead Pipeline Facilities: Oversee the installation and operation of distribution pipeline facilities, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Prioritize Projects: Assess and determine project priorities, utilizing manpower and resources efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers, plumbers, inspectors, and employees to provide expert guidance and support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, regions, and general office management for seamless coordination of projects and pipeline operations.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare, compile, and verify key operational documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in pipeline, gas, and utility maintenance and construction.
