The role involves conducting teller transactions, attracting new clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional client experience and personalized financial guidance.
Identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
Meet sales and service goals, process financial transactions accurately.
Open personal and business accounts, including checking, home equity, and other financial products.
Collaborate with branch teams and other business partners to strengthen client relationships.
Ensure compliance with operational and audit procedures.
Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and networking.
Experience in cash handling and using PC-based applications.
Proficiency in digital technology and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
Preferred knowledge of consumer credit and related concepts.
High School Diploma or GED required; Notary License preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and service skills.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
