Our client is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have time management, teamwork, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Communications Specialist
Location : Rockville, MD (twice a week)
What’s the Job?
- Work closely across groups within People Solutions and collaborate with other business units, senior leaders, and executives on key messaging.
- Partner with all Human Resources Centers of Excellence to support internal communication and resources for programs which foster employee growth, performance, and retention.
- Develop, write, edit, and proofread a broad range of key content – this includes executive talking points, newsletters, content for the organization’s intranet site and other written or multi-media materials.
- Ensure messages resonate with diverse employee populations, adapting content and channels to address regional nuances while maintaining alignment with overarching strategies.
- Provide professional copy-editing and proofreading expertise on a variety of executive and stakeholder communications materials.
