WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Estimator , you are responsible for material takeoff of a blueprint with the intent to give clients an accurate cost estimate. You have a passion for attention to detail : you are thorough, accurate, and organized.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines (well, not really fax machines).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some daily active movement is required. This role also requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm with schedule flexibility.
