About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an LPN, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications
To be successful as an LPN at the Mansfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, you'll need:
