We are currently looking for someone to help develop business in the Mansfield and surrounding markets.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Developing a prospect database through:
- Phone and in-person prospecting
- Networking
· Following up with and enhancing customer relationships
· Preparation of analysis, specifications, and proposals for prospects and customers
· Knowledge of vehicle product
· Knowledge of financing options
Basic Qualifications:
· 3 years sales experience – preferably automotive or business-to-business preferred. Also, hiring paid interns.
· Must be able to learn about products and pass knowledge along to clients quickly
· Self-starting individual with the motivation to improve skills
· Working knowledge of voicemail, e-mail, & Microsoft Office
· Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to consistently up-sell. Understand and use basic selling techniques: open, probe, presentation, and overcoming objections.
· Planning skills. Must be a well-organized individual with the ability to plan customer visits in an efficient manner. Written monthly and weekly sales call reports are required.
· Valid in-state Driver’s License.
