Job Description
Mansfield Motor Group is hiring for a full-time Automotive Technician with previous experience in a Service environment of a full service dealership, independent repair facility and/or experience in the automotive repair industry. Primary duties will include used vehicle reconditioning and new vehicle prep. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, upbeat personality and excellent work ethics. Primary responsibility will require the highest level of effectiveness in quality repairs throughout the repair process.
Basic Requirements :
- Previous experience in a Dealership or Independent environment of an automotive repair industry.
- Excellent organization.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to and utilize dealership systems.
- Primary Responsibilities :
- Assess vehicle repair work.
- Repair and recondition vehicles to front line ready status.
- Work with sales departmemnt to expedite repair process.
- Perform all necessary diagnostic, mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Perform mechanical repairs associated with collision damage.
- Work effectively with co-workers, advisors and insurance companies and their policies.
- Oversee quality control throughout repair process.
