Job Title: Administrative Support – Business Office (Part-Time)
Hours: 30 hours/week (with potential for more)
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR/operational software experience (preferably UKG), be able to handle multiple priorities, and work collaboratively. This job will primarily be based in our Essex Junction office, but may occasionally involve supporting our Williston location.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
- Proficiency in HR/Operational support software.
- Possess strong intuition and organizational skills.
- UKG experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and work as part of a team.
