Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage staffing schedules for the health services team, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts
- Coordinate shift changes, coverage for absences, and ensure efficient use of staffing resources
- Communicate with staff regarding scheduling needs, shift changes, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of schedules and staff availability
- Assist with administrative duties
- Opportunity to collaborate with leadership to address staffing challenges and maintain continuity of care
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling or staffing, preferably within a healthcare or assisted living environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bonus: Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software
