    • Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and execute assigned plumbing service calls as directed by the dispatch software.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for plumbing repairs and installations based on assessments during service calls.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
