CONCIERGE / FRONT DESK
Front Desk personnel are an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities. They are generally the first point of contact for customers & prospective residents and have extensive daily interaction with customers and the public on the company's behalf. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain safety procedures at all times. Must have their own transportation. Dependable, ability to work with the computers, must be able to walk all 4 floors of the building checking security, kind to seniors and willingness to help are attributes we are looking for.
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.

CDL is not required.Must possess current Driver's License, acceptable driving record & current personal auto insuranceSales or Customer Service experience in Apartments Leasing, Hotel / Hospitality or Senior Living Community. Additional certifications or training in Senior Living are a plusMaintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, safety and emergency procedures, etc.SCHEDULE :
3 days per week, may be asked to fill in on other days as needed.Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 4 pm to midnightESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES : (including but not limited to)
Must be able to complete assigned tasks in allowed days / timeMust have attention to detailAnswer phones, greet customers and assist with their needs, filing, make copies, etc.Goal to answer phone by 3rd ring, "Good morning (afternoon, evening) Mansions at (property name), this is (your first name), how may I assist you?"
Greet EVERYONE with kind words, a smile, and eye contact, "Welcome to the Mansions" or "Welcome back home"Dress code - Business casual, name badge required, jeans (clean, no holes or frays, not too tight or loose), tennis shoes or other close toed shoesMust be able to adequately use computers for email communications, writing letters, input prospect & resident data, input & update service requests, document incidents, etc.Keep current knowledge of Community pricing, availability, specials, advertisements & that of competitors.Support overall marketing techniques and offer suggestions that can help in the promotion, advertising, and marketing of communitiesSchedule & give tours with prospects for the intent of leasing at the community. Maintain follow-up.Greet visitors and determine if our community meets the needs of the prospective clientAbility to convert phone calls with inquiring prospects into on-site tours & effectively close the sale, maintaining an acceptable closing ratioKeep track of all leasing paperwork including the application, leasing agreements, employment and criminal background reports and lease move-in packetsMake sure leasing brochures & welcome packets are stocked and ready for the next shiftSchedule transportation for residents on corresponding daysAssist with resident activities as neededPick up resident trash nightly, post notices / flyers, assist with dining linensLight cleaning of office, breakroom, lobby, and other common areas as neededMaintain a clean & orderly work spaceOrders supplies as needed, verifies items needed on the 1st & 15th of each month.Other miscellaneous duties as assignedCOMPENSATION and BENEFITS
