We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to be the face of our agency out in the wild. You’ll be prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and helping businesses realize why they need better marketing and how much of an impact it can have on their business.

We work with clients across a huge variety of industries—from home services and e-commerce to fitness, tech, finance, and beyond. If they’ve got a business, we’ve got a strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting like a pro – networking events, door-to-door, social media, trade shows, cold calls, email outreach—whatever it takes to get in front of the right people.
- Scheduling and joining consultations with our team to help present tailored strategies.
- Following up and closing deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Managing your own client relationships, including quarterly check-ins and contract renewals.
- Being our brand ambassador out in the community—aka being someone people actually want to talk to at networking events.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, personable, and can carry a conversation with just about anyone
- Highly motivated and self-starting—you don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do
- Organized and reliable (yes, you know where your calendar is and yes, you check it)
- Tanacious about following up and completing tasks
- Knowledgeable about business and marketing concepts
- Professional in your communication, casual in your delivery
- Flexible with your schedule—some early mornings or weekend events may pop up
- Based in Central Oregon with a car that can get you where you need to go
Bonus Points If You Have:
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (especially in marketing/advertising)
- Digital marketing knowledge that goes beyond “boosting a post”
- Experience using a CRM or keeping track of your pipeline in a non-chaotic way
- A strong LinkedIn presence or the ability to make one fast
Compensation:
- Monthly Guarantee
- One-time commission on new contracts
- Monthly residual on recurring services after initial contract period
- Realistic first-year earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month depending on how hard you hustle (no cap on earnings)
