Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be bilingual English & Spanish
