Maintenance Opportunities
We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Manta Resources Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-volume food manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Complete maintenance projects, including PM tasks and work orders as assigned by management.
- Read electrical and mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues effectively and implement solutions.
- Write parts requests, complete work orders, and write corrective work orders to document maintenance activities.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform building inspections and routines to identify potential issues and prevent accidents.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any conflicts.
- Perform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' work experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role within manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills in AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, photo-eyes, sensors, etc., plus experience on conveyance systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS work order systems to manage and track maintenance activities efficiently.
- Experience working within an FDA-regulated setting is required to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Good attention to detail and ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Experience reading blueprints and drawings is essential for effective equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
- Physical ability to work at heights from ladders or scissor lifts and around strong magnets.

- Nights 6:00pm-6:00am Continental Shift w/a twist.
- $30.25 or $34.75 plus $1.00 shift differential for Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians.
