ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team in Silverdale, WA. This is an onsite position.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will support the U.S. Navy's efforts on a portfolio of engineering services, specializing in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for acoustics applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior engineers on design reviews, troubleshooting, and implementing technical solutions for Navy-related acoustics systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Design and develop electrical systems and components to meet specific requirements for underwater acoustics
- Create and test circuit designs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance for underwater applications
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Prepare detailed documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and technical reports, for electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during the design and installation phases
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into current projects
- Provide cost estimations and budget preparation for electrical system components
- The ability to travel within the United States for meetings and site visits (up to 10%)

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,700.00-$126,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
