Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Automation Engineer / Architect in South Burlington, VT, Camp Springs, MD, or in a location to be determined upon offer acceptance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Implement automation tools and frameworks
- Create documentation supporting automation processes and tools
- Evaluate, implement and streamline DevOps practices
- Design and implement the continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD) pipeline throughout USCIS-controlled on premise locations.
- Design and implement automation in the build process for on-prem and cloud instances
- Provide guidance for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI / CD Pipeline)
- Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Establish troubleshooting techniques and fix code bugs
- Work with Product owner and team to understand processes and identify areas of automation for improvement
- Encourage and build automated processes when possible
- Mentor and provide guidance and support to engineer teams with automation improvements, troubleshooting, and capabilities
- Collaborate and cross coordinate with other teams to encourage utilization of automation processes and techniques
- Promote automation utilization to other team to assist in identifying problem and solution
- Force configuration through compliance remediation
- Streamline internal solution processes and remove repetitive tasks by automating and orchestrating techniques to reduce resource constraints and remove human error
- Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams to provide transparency and allow information to be visible in real time and to create a unified backlog ensuring visibility into all areas of work and identifying inter-dependencies between teams.

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,700.00-$137,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
