You will support multi-disciplinary teams from across the company by coordinating key milestones during the development of technical, management, past performance, and personnel content of large, complex proposals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with assigned Proposal Manager in all aspects of proposal planning and logistics to meet requirements and schedule
Maintains Teams and Box workspaces (includes adding accounts, account extensions, file permissions, etc.)
Escalates issues to the appropriate level of leadership
Read and understands the RFP (Sections L & M); and all requirements
Ensure version-control procedures for all proposal content
Develops Proposal Information Sheet
Coordinates requests for loaner laptops and equipment setup for war rooms, consultant equipment and badges
Coordinates PropM schedule of team meetings and color team reviews to avoid conflicts with other proposals
Develop and collect questions on solicitations, and work with proposal teams to ensure timely submission
Coordinate activities with other proposal support teams (Writers, Graphics, DTP, Editors, SMEs)
Provides light formatting prior to pink and red reviews when requested; identifies page count concerns
Develops Acronym List and ensures all acronyms have been defined
Responsible for catering needs and expensing invoices
Leads all production efforts for color reviews (printing, tabs, conference room setup, visitor access)
Leads final proposal production (printing, assembly, binders, CDs, packaging, delivery receipt, labels, etc.)
Ensures war rooms are properly stocked with supplies
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of proposal experience or additional equivalent experience in lieu of education
Experience specifically focused on Government proposals, is desired
The candidate must have the ability to work independently and proactively to meet deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and work as part of a team, excellent organization skills
The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with proposal team members, ManTech employees and outsourced consultants to produce quality documents for delivery to a variety of clients
Characteristics necessary for success include: analytical, presentation, reasoning and problem-solving skills; the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or feedback; and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with supported staff, managers and peers
Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High sense of urgency to produce a quality proposal and strong initiative and attention to detail
Must be willing to work the hours necessary to accomplish the tasks assigned which may include evenings or weekend support as needed

Physical Requirements:
· The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $57,700-$80,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
