ManTech is seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD . This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Researching, designing, and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Conducting analysis of user needs and developing solutions by applying computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis techniques
• Updating software and enhancing existing software capabilities.
• Working with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, develop specifications, and performance requirements.
• Maintaining databases within an application area.
• Working individually and in coordination with the database development group as a team.
• May be responsible for oversight of lower-level developers.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
