ManTech International is a leader in providing advanced tech and innovative solutions to the Department of Defense. We're seeking a motivated, career-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in test and planning execution for Combat Systems and its associated interfaces. They'll also need 2 years of experience with Combat system test and integrated product testing.
The selected individual will be responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution of Integrated Test Articles (ITAs) at Land Based Test Sites (LBTS), waterfront, and at-sea. They'll collaborate with other applicable Test Leads to ensure a streamlined test strategy is planned and executed.
Responsibilities include generating test plans, procedures, test reports, and T&E briefing materials/Objective Quality Evidence (OQE). The successful candidate will also support implementation of potential automated test and analysis solutions.
