ManTech is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Junior Web Designer Developer to join our team in the Hanover, MD offices.
Responsibilities
This professional will play a key role in the end-to-end planning, design and development of ACTP's website, ensuring it meets technical, reliability, accessibility, and cost requirements. This involves actively coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and assessing customer needs. Although this position offers an entry-level to professional progression, it requires a degree and / or work experience. The individual will utilize established procedures to solve problems under the guidance of senior team members. The role is non-supervisory and emphasizes individual contribution, initiative, and working to achieve goals and meet deadlines to a high standard.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs for new web pages and features, incorporating feedback throughout the design process
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript while ensuring visual consistency with company branding and accessibility standards
- Manage regular content updates including text, images, and multimedia elements, optimizing assets for web performance
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, present design concepts, and provide project updates

The projected compensation range for this position is $68,500.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
