We're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer Test & Evaluation, Situational Awareness Boundary Enforcement & Response (SABER) to join our team in King George, VA.
The successful candidate will evaluate system level requirements, write test cases, scenarios, and procedures to ensure navigation system software is protected from cyber-attack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate system level requirements and develop test plans/procedures
- Execute test procedures, analyze data, and create trouble reports
- Support an integrated test team and collaborate with customers
- Travel up to 20% to support meetings and test events at John Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) and Wallops Island, VA
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in combat system test & evaluation
- Computer software engineering experience in test requirements definition, test plan/procedures development, maintenance, and execution
- 2 years of experience with developmental or operational systems/computer program versions in effect in the past seven years
- Solid background/understanding of system software development
