ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Production Control Supervisor III to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Production Control Supervisor typically performs all functional duties independently.
- Provides guidance or direction to production personnel, working independently with minor minimal supervision or guidance.
- Inspects work in progress and record observations.
- Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports.
- Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies.
- Assists in maintaining compliance requirements across multiple production projects at various frequencies.
