ManTech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. Preference will be for someone local to the Northern Virginia area who can work in our Herndon, VA office one day per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Deliver and deploy processes, systems and tools to support projects and programs
- Utilize critical thinking skills, and continuous improvement competencies to recommend and build upon existing processes, procedures and systems technologies
- Create, Drive and Manage TA SOP's, Audit Compliance, Escalation evaluations and adverse action procedures
- Execute project initiatives, manage change, communicate effectively, drive talent functional excellence, process improvements and transition new technologies and processes
- Manage routines, such as process compliance, weekly touch-base meetings, and sharing of best practices
- Develop, own and provide new recruiter assimilation training and support
- Manage Talent Acquisition SharePoint and all documents and calendars associated with the SharePoint
- Collaborates with TA Leadership on developing and delivering strategic roadmaps and process workflow charts
- Ensures that process improvements, policies and operational procedures are documented for Talent Acquisition
- Be available to provide support during non-business hours if required.
