Job Description
ManTech is seeking an experienced Administrative Security Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for a NAWCAD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper & electronic files, records scanning and management, and providing information to callers
- Support of Security related Facility Management items, to include inventory of safes & content, and security container combination changes
- Handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the course of daily duties
Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- 3 years of professional experience relevant to DoD Administrative support, space access control, and office tasking
- Must have some experience with Share Point, Government developed databases, and maintaining/coordinating calendars and schedules
